In late May, RISE Africa will convene for the fifth year thinkers, doers and enablers from around the world to inspire creative thinking about sustainable urban development across Africa. Going beyond simple talk, the public- and private-sector leaders in attendance will then discuss how to make those ambitious visions a reality.
Sand Technologies is honored to lead a 90-minute workshop at the ICLEI event titled “The Role of AI in Human-Centred Urban Development.” This session, taking place May 28 from 11:15-12:45, will showcase inspiring use cases from AI-enabled cities. It will also share insights from comprehensive research conducted in partnership with African Leadership University about how AI is transforming Africa by addressing challenges in Education, Agriculture, Health and SME Enablement.
